Eggers Can’t be Cheesers Burger

Bob’s emotions ride a rollercoaster as Hugo, the local pain-in-the-butt health inspector, quits his job to be a nudist (surprise). Enter in Tommy, the cool-as-a-cucumber replacement who wipes Bob’s record clean (amazement) and eats one of his burgers (cautious optimism).

But good things never last for Bob. While the kids build their empire on nude-beach-viewing ticket sales to classmates, Tommy takes over the bar with his bad music and guitar playing (anxiety), holding the Belchers hostage through his abuse of health-inspection power (fear). As most things in life, the only solution is to win the Nudecathalon (loss of dignity).

Eggers Can't be Cheesers

Review

The Eggers Can’t be Cheesers burger is an amazing take on breakfast. Imagine Steak and Eggs, but in burger form. A juicy 80/20 patty is covered in Colby Jack cheese (recipe calls for American, we called an audible), and topped with Arugula (recipe goes with green leaf lettuce), sunny-side up egg, and hot sauce. Throw it all inside an English muffin, and you have a burger that works any time of day.

For our take, the Colby Jack was a solid switch: replicates a lot of the taste of American cheese, with less Krafty-ness in it. The Arugula gave it a little peppery kick, which created a deeper nuance with the hot sauce (we use Cholula for the most part). And the English muffin capped off the amazing breakfast-for-dinner feeling this burger creates in your stomach.

Toss in a side of hash browns, and you have a feast fit for the clothed and nude-clade alike!
