When a driving tutorial between Bob and Tina results in Tina hitting the only car in the lot, the Belcher father-daughter team has to weave a complicated web of lies to the insurance adjuster.
The winning story: A butterfly and bird flew into the car, causing Bob — not Tina — to hit the other car. Chase, the insurance adjuster, buys it and invites the family to his weekend barbecue. The Belchers show up, thanks to a ride from Mort in the hearse, and Tina proceeds to burn down Chase’s house when the grill explodes.
Bob and Tina come clean, and so does Chase — he is blackmailing them into a never-ending insurance fraud scheme! Family Belcher attempt to get rid of him, and it fails, until Tina comes through by recording Chase’s confession on Gene’s electronic keyboard.

Burger of the Day: Pickle My Funny Bone

Review
The Pickle My Funny Bone Burger is a 90/10 all-beef patty, with lettuce, fried pickles, and a mayo-ketchup-hot sauce (sauce).
Honestly, didn’t expect too much from this burger. Maybe it is my Wisconsin heritage, but my first thought was “NO CHEESE?!” We had a stack of sliced cheddar on the table, just in case.
Well rest easy, because this burger blew our minds, and no cheese was needed! Let’s start with the sauce. We are going to make a huge batch of this, because I want to put it on everything! The hot sauce shines through from a taste standpoint, but thanks to the mayo and ketchup, there is little to no heat. This is a truly awesome sauce.
The fried pickles are a great touch. You get the zap of dill, along with some additional crunch. The tipping point is in the Old Bay Seasoning you add to the breading. You add a lot of it, but the taste is killer.
Toss in some lettuce so this is somewhat healthy, and you have a great burger. Easily a four.
