It’s Christmas time, and the Belchers could use a little extra cash. Perhaps their prayers are answered when Uncle Ernie dies, and Bob is named in the will — and is given a storage unit.
Inside, the find Chet — who made the window displays at Lombard’s department store. They give Chet a place to stay, and he rewards their good cheer with an amazing window display and an uptick in business.
Things take an interesting turn when Chet claims to be a mannequin-turned-man, and the kids set out to find his lost love — a mannequin named Nadine.
Bob and the kids nab Nadine, and Chet puts on the window display of a lifetime.
Before we get to the Burger of the Day, let’s get to the episode rundown:

Next-door neighbor: Cane You Dig It? Candy Cane Outlet
Vermin Vendor: Silent Mice Exterminators
Burger of the Day: One Horse Open Slaw Burger

Review
The One Horse Open Slaw Burger is a wonderful Worcestershire sauce beef patty topped with jalapeno Havarti cheese and a ton of slaw (red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots), all nestled inside an onion bun.
This burger was good, but way too much work! You make the slaw mayo from scratch, and it’s taste was a little lackluster — go store bought and never look back. The slaw itself took a long time to shred.
Overall, a decent burger, but not worth the effort. My audibles: store-bought slaw sauce, and a cheese with more kick in the taste-bud department. Or, you could get super crazy, and add some hot sauce to the slaw. Think of it like a racing stripe on the side of that sleigh.
