Based on the ingredients, you would think that Mashed Chokeroot is a creamed artichoke dish, in some ways similar to the artichoke dips we love here on Earth.
You’d be wrong!
Mashed Chokeroot, which Cookie claims brings out the inherent sweetness in chokeroot, is actually really sweet — to the point where it is almost overpowering.
On a cold night out in space, can imagine that this would hit the spot. But it leaves a little too heavy a profile to be one I’d return to.
